Vulnerability is essential to real transformation, and solo-autobiographical is a vulnerable and courageous journey. When our shells break we reveal our hearts to ourselves, we get to claim what is already ours, and reveal the genius self already present and trying to awaken. Embedded deep in us are personal gifts, longings and specific changes we came to bring about to create a better human experience. It’s about capturing and using what’s already in us to propel us into our potential.
